Do you offer a trial or demo server?
We don’t offer free trials as of this moment .

How do I view my invoices and receipts?
In your client area, navigate to Billing → Invoices. Click any invoice to view, print, or download the PDF receipt.
What is your acceptable use policy?
No illegal content, spamming, or resource abuse. Full AUP is available on our website. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
Do you support custom server configurations?
Absolutely. Let us know your requirements (custom mods, control panel tweaks, networking) and we’ll provide a custom quote or implement them directly.
Can I transfer my existing server to Hope Networks?
Yes. Provide your current server’s IP, credentials, and any custom configs. Our migration team will handle the transfer with zero downtime during off‑peak hours.
