What are your resource usage limits?

Standard VPS and game-server plans deploy within 2–3 minutes. Custom ISO deployments may take 10–15 minutes.
Which operating systems are supported on VPS?

Do I get full root/FTP access?

How do I access my control panel?

What are your refund and cancellation policies?
We Do Not offer Any refund on orders. After 48 hours, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All standard Game Server and VPS plans deploy instantly with zero setup fees.
How does billing work?
Billing is on a monthly or yearly cycle (save 2 months by paying annually). Invoices are generated 10 days before renewal and sent via email and Discord DM. You’ll be charged automatically unless you cancel or switch payment methods.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, and Cash App Pay. For recurring subscriptions, you can securely store your payment method in your dashboard.
How do I place an order?
