Terms of Service - Hope Development

Introduction

Hope Development agrees to provide services to the Subscriber, subject to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). "We" or "Hope Development" refers to Hope Development LLC, and "You" or "Customer" refers to the person or entity using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these ToS. Changes to the ToS may be made by Hope Development at any time, with or without notice.

Payments and Refunds

All payments must be received in full before services are provided. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services until the dispute is resolved. No refunds will be issued for terminated services.

Limitation of Liability

Hope Development is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or other damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or downtime. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time.

Support

All support requests must be submitted through our official Discord server. We do not guarantee responses to requests submitted through other channels.

Legal Contact

Hope Development reserves the right to consult legal authorities if illegal activities are detected. We regard communications between parties as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for any violation of these ToS or other reasons. Services suspended for non-payment will be terminated 7 days after the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for terminated services.

GDPR Compliance

Our services are not intended for individuals residing in countries that enforce the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If we become aware that a user resides in such a country, we may terminate services without notice. If you believe GDPR may apply to your use of our services, please contact us to discuss data handling and compliance options.

Illegal Activities

Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to the distribution of child pornography, hacking, or hosting malware, will result in immediate termination of services. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required.
