Hope Networks Terms of Service Policy

This document outlines the policies and rules enforced by Hope Networks and its service division, Hope Hosting and Development (“Hope Networks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Use of our services constitutes your acknowledgement that you understand and will abide by the policies described below.

These policies apply to all clients, users, and visitors who engage with our services, platforms, or personnel.

Eligibility Policy – Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old.
If you are under 18, you may not enter into service agreements, make payments, or authorize work.
Hope Networks is not liable for chargebacks from underage users.
If a service is purchased by someone underage, it will be terminated without refund.
All users must truthfully represent their age.

2. Services Offered

Server maintenance and administration

3. Use Policy

No hosting of malicious, illegal, or pirated material
No violations of third-party platform rules
No bypassing of systems or monitoring tools

4. Staff Access and Monitoring Policy

Staff may access files/services to enforce policies
Staff may request Discord access
Banning staff without cause may lead to restrictions
Banning CEO/COO results in immediate termination

5. Game Server and Development Access

Staff may test and verify game servers
Admin access is required for development
Access refusal may cancel/delay delivery

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are non-refundable
Invoices are due upfront
Suspension after 3 days of non-payment
Deletion after 7 days
Unpaid content may be retained, sold, or deleted
Debts may be collected through legal means

7. Refund Policy

No refunds under any condition (unused time, cancellations, performance complaints, etc.)

8. Developer and Commission Policy

All payments go to Hope Networks
No direct developer payments
Use ticket system only
Bypassing policy voids our responsibility

9. Support Policy

Support must be through tickets or Discord. No guarantees for other channels.

10. Data and Backup Policy

No guaranteed backups. Data may be deleted upon cancellation or termination.

11. Security and Enforcement

We may terminate service for violations
Report illegal activity to law enforcement
Pursue legal action against attackers
All communication is confidential

12. Client Responsibility

You’re responsible for third-party access
You must secure your credentials

13. Platform Compliance

Must comply with platforms like FiveM and Discord. Failure leads to suspension or termination.

14. Analytics and Monitoring

We analyze logs for resource, abuse, billing, and security. Use = consent.

15. External Service Providers

We’re not liable for issues from Stripe, WHMCS, Cloudflare, etc.

16. Privacy and Data Policy

We collect necessary data only
No selling or sharing personal data
UK users are protected by UK GDPR

17. UK Consumer Protection

We comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK): Services must match descriptions and be skillfully delivered.

19. Dispute Resolution

All disputes use binding arbitration. No class actions or jury trials. Legal fees may be recovered.

USA: Governed by Georgia law
UK: Governed by the laws of England and Wales

21. Policy Enforcement and Acknowledgement

You must be 18 or older for any business with us
You agree to all policy rules and enforcement
You accept final authority lies with Hope Networks
Violations may result in service suspension or termination
